Not directly bitfolk related, but I’m still trying to figure out how to
distribute private keys without people yelling about
it being insecure.
Giving an openvpn password via email doesn’t bother so much people,
giving a wg private key does. It’s the same thing at the end, it sets a
VPN up, so I don’t really get the point…
My understanding is that each peer doesn't need to share their private key
- they only need to share their public keys. I'd imagine in this situation
that Bitfolk should have a public key we'd all see (maybe even a pre shared
one per peer?) and that we'd need to provide our public part to Bitfolk.
Admittedly it's been a little bit since I last set up Wireguard so I might
be wrong...
