I had similar problems a few weeks ago. It's true that BT's email is
handled by Yahoo - users can access it via the normal Yahoo webmail
interface. Messages sent by my VDS running Postfix were indeed being
delivered to the spam folder. However this seems to have been resolved
now, either by users clicking the "not spam" button or by me setting up
a valid SPF record a few days ago. (You can see Yahoo check the SPF by
looking at the received headers.)
