My advice is to stick with the most recent LTS release as beyond
that, Ubuntu packaged Xen kernels will not work unless they are run
under a very recent dom0 host kernel, which Bitfolk will not be
supporting for quite some time.
If you really wanted to run such a release then you could do so with
a Debian Xen kernel, and it would most likely work fine.
