'rndc reload' is a misnomer; traditionally, under system V unix naming conventions, 'bind' would restarted by an /etc/init.d script, either 'bind' or a catchall like 'networking'.  'rndc reload' is odd enough to deserve a comment on 'renumbering for clients'. All I can recall from that thread is that he found that he had forgotten to reload his nameserver after making changes to a zone file. That isn't really related to renumbering a VPS so I don't think it belongs on the renumbering article.
