At this point you are ready to tell your registrar(s) what
nameservers to use for each domain. Exactly how that is done varies
from registrar to registrar.
I should add that after asking for BitFolk to provide secondaries
and getting a response back that they're set up, you will want
to be sure that the zones work on all nameservers that you're about
to put into use. So use dig, squishy, etc. to check that, before you
tell the registrar(s) about them.
