You should be able to view and change APN settings from the 'Settings' app:
Settings --> General --> Network --> Cellular Data Network

It's an iPhone 4S, so I can't view or change the APN settings :-(
I know it's their end; they just won't admit it and are blaming everything on the
email providers.
