I had no issues doing a "do-release-upgrade -d" from a freshly
installed Ubuntu 20.04.
Interestingly my eth0 remained named as eth0. I have no idea why.
I will try it again after the official release but realistically
that's all the testing we can do of upgrades so I would now say that
upgrades are expected to work.
Generally though, I do find it best to let other people find the
bugs and not do an upgrade just for the sake of it!
