OK: I accept it but it does result in something that I do not expect when I run
"who".
I can't say it has ever bothered me but you can turn off "use_pty" to
get back the previous behaviour can't you?
As far as I'm aware this is just the behaviour of sudo with use_pty set,
which is the Debian default yes?
