Hello,
I wrote a thing about the different options for handling boot-time
entropy on distributions that may be affected such as Debian 10
(buster).
TL;DR: By default the CPU's RDRAND instruction is used so you won't
notice anything and don't need to care unless you believe that Intel
is a pawn of the US government, in which case maybe you want to
disable it.
