They DO
receive correctly encoded emails from me personally so it IS
possible to get it right, I just don't know what I am missing.
Anyone got any ideas?
Can you try sending the same mail content and attachments
through your personal account that works properly and then take
some diffs?
...or did that process just reveal the headers that were
mentioned earlier in the thread?
...also, can you break it for the working people by changing the headers?
That might give some insight into the settings that the broken receiver is
assuming.
