We do have a Facebook page that I mostly don't have time to post

If you are a BitFolk customer and a Facebook user and want to help
out by posting things to there, please let me know off-list. It's
not like this is a busy community so I wouldn't be expecting anyone
to come up with original content really, more cross-posting of
things that already exist.
There was also a request for a sub Reddit. Over the last 5 or so
years on a personal level I've tried to use Reddit but it's never
stuck. I just can't get along with it. Therefore I see any attempt
by me to run something there to be doomed.
However, if some Reddit-using customer wished to start a BitFolk sub
Reddit there, provided that your content policies were sensible and
I had enough access to get rid of things in an emergency, I would be
willing to give it official approval without being involved myself.
I expect that at the very least we could come up with automated
status-thingy-to-reddit posting.
But, all of this sounds to me like thankless and boring work so I am
not really expecting anyone to be interested. It is however what
would be required for there to be more posts on Facebook or for a
Reddit thing to exist.
Finally, you are probably all aware, but we do have an official IRC
channel on Libera:
irc://irc.libera.chat:6697/BitFolk
(That's for TLS connections; plain text is available on the usual
IRC port, but discouraged)
