By 'rewards system', I meant extending their renewal date by X days.
You already have the ability to add credit in days as you've used that
in the past for some service disuptions so it wouldn't require a
change to your system.
This would really be more suited to annual renewal customers as you
wouldn't want to give a days credit for customers who paid monthly. If
you did that, I'd switch to monthly to get 2 weeks free hosting per
year! Out of interest, which payment period do you most prefer -
monthly, quarterly or annual? And which is most popular? Note - don't
actually answer these. Would some payment issues be lessened if more
customers switched to longer payment periods? Or would that merely
delay the problem?
