I'm a bit busy here, and I've not fully read your emails, but I knog Google Apps
can handle wildcards and aliases. If that's not enough, you can always set up a
catch-all address and use filtering in that mailbox to ditch out the emails to the correct
email address'.
I think that would work!?
I run Google Apps and I'm very pleased with it, albeit I don't have a big
organisation to administer.
