I've been keeping an interest in Tahoe-LAFS for some years but it's
always been rather slow and fiddly.
I've been wondering about doing a storage grid for backup, maybe
with two nodes in London and one at somewhere like Hetzner. No real
idea how to monetise it though when so many companies are giving it
away for free.
Also there is the rise of Ceph..
