Do you have any problems? Maybe the world has improved since I last
tried it.
Postgrey comes with some whitelisted exceptions for places like Google,
but they aren't the ones who are sending the spam.
There is one source I needed to whitelist myself, but they're the sort
of place that rejects postmaster@ email with 'no such user', sigh.
