Contents: MAIN_HARDCODE_PRIMARY_HOSTNAME = mail.bristoltrees.space You'd then rebuild the config with: $ sudo update-exim4.conf I'm unsure if you'd have to restart the actual mail server after this, but better safe than sorry so $ sudo systemctl restart exim4 Well that shouldn't happen! Logs should tell why.
