PS, I've been hitting reply when replying to Sean and Ander, did those

You need to be logging into the XEN host server
e.g.
jocke(a)console.curacao.bitfolk.com
where 'jocke' is your username, and 'curacao' is the server you are
hosted on.
ssh username(a)username.console.bitfolk.com also connects to the right
place, which may be easier to remember.
ctrl-] disconnects from the console. As it's also a GNU Screen,
ctrl-a will create a new window with the xen shell menu in it.
