The below output indicates that
president.bitfolk.com is able to
send packets back, but the hop beyond it (your VPS) isn't.
Also note that in my output, president was also the host involved,
but the hop beyond was able to send back a RST.
So the relevant differences here are your VPS configuration and/or
sky.com.
