I can recommend portfast.com, good simple control panel and the
support is prompt and efficient.

As Gandi seem to be popular, I will give them a look. What's their
control panel like?
I quite like it, it's fairly easy to use and you've got lots of
control. A vast improvement on 123-reg.
Portfast.co.uk are also supposed to be good.
