I'll be doing the same, as soon as Sympl (my preferred server management
package) is brought up to date with Bullseye.
Since Debian tends to be a bit behind the curve with versions of
packages (WordPress is already complaining that PHP7.3 is out of date) I
shouldn't be surprised if most Debian users are happy to upgrade quickly
to each new stable release. It helps a lot that a Debian upgrade can be
done in place.
