Can't cache what's not there!

It's always worth checking the real mirror before suspecting the
apt-cacher as the apt-cacher is fairly simple.

As to the underlying problem, I am not sure but waiting a little bit
may fix it. I have seen Debian-based mirrors go out of sync from
time to time, where they have an index that doesn't reflect what's
actually on it (yet).
