Netmask and gateway are incorrect. Netmask should be 255.255.248.0,
gateway should be 85.119.80.1. This may not be the issue but it
certainly won't be helping.
If that doesn't fix it, being logged in to the console and seeing
what "ifdown eth0" and "ifup eth0" does might get us further.
