Does:

"Best Price £5.75/mo. Regular Price £9.95/mo."

followed by:

"Note: Promo price applicable for the first invoice. Once your
initial term is over regular renewal prices apply. "

Mean that it's actually £9.95/month? Do you know if that includes
VAT?

The rochenhost.com one is only slightly cheaper and doesn't include
automatic upgrade of course..
