I have a Linux box at my mother's house which is on VM - no problems
connecting to
http://bitfolk.com/ or my VPS.
Thomas - my mother experienced similar problems (well, connecting to
various websites) and I rang VM on her behalf and got the same 24-48hr
response. However, they appeared to be true to their word and it was
fixed the following morning.
