It seems to me that we only know the following:

- The process isn't working

- Requests you'd expect to see in your logs are not present

You are assuming a layer 3 reachability issue from these facts, and
you may be correct, but it could also be any number of other
problems with the wpremote.com service.

If we are to investigate a reachability issue then we need to know
the IP addresses that have the issue.

If that can't be determined from your side then I think you will
need to ask wpremote.com for them. At the same time you may want to
ask them if there are any other known issues on their side.

If you can think of anything useful that BitFolk can do in the mean
time then please do let me know.
