[bitfolk] bitfolk <> paypal routing issues?

Hi all,

Seeing some routing issues from my VPS to paypal at the moment / since
at least 11:58AM today (which is making all my IPN verifications fail):

$ telnet www.paypal.com https
Trying 23.43.98.234...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection timed out

An mtr doesn't get beyond bitfolk's network it seems:
