What did the Bitfolk Spam Assassin make of it?
The relays are unlikely to stay out of blacklists for long.
I use the Bitfolk SA server and I find that they don't miss much. If
they miss a new threat because it doesn't happen to trigger any of the
rules and the relays are not yet in a blacklist, it doesn't stay that
way for more than an hour or so. The upshot is that I might receive one
or two copies of a mail.

Now... it might be unacceptable for your users to receive even one or
two copies of a dangerous mail, but that's a completely different
problem with a completely different threat analysis.
