What we do for our clients, who spreads these to all their members, is
provide 3 documents:
1 x html page with the document, hyperlinks, everything.
1 x pdf, pretty much of above page, but of course properly formatted.
1 x pdf, strikethrough in red for words/sentences/etc that was removed,
and text in blue for words/sentences/etc that were added. With a little
summary on top stating "There were changes in these sections:".
I don't do these, but I've seen and read many of them. It works quite
well. You can easily see the differences, and grasp the concept of what
has changed really quick.

Hi,
Support for Direct Debit as a payment method has now been
implemented, both for one-off payments of one or a bundle of
invoices, or as an authorisation allowing us to charge up to the
cost of your service every period.
For more information about Direct Debit, please see our wiki:
https://tools.bitfolk.com/wiki/Direct_Debit
If you would like to use a Direct Debit pre-authorisation then you
can set that up from:
https://panel.bitfolk.com/account/billing/
Don't forget to cancel any PayPa
