Hello,

Between about 23:39 and 23:46Z last night, 3rd January, multiple
servers became unreachable or suffered extremely poor networking
performance.

Servers particularly affected were:
       barbar
       kahlua
       obstler
       urquell
I am continuing to work with our upstream network provider on this.
