Logs will say why. Logs are really good. They save a lot of time
from posting messages about how "it failed" as they usually tell you
why "it failed".
Somewhat malapropos, but this is quite possibly the most important step to solve IT problems. Also, quite probably the reasons why "they pay me the big bucks", I know how to do it.
