I have just checked, using nslookup, through the google public DNS (8.8.8.8)? Your new IP is now showing. However, when I go through BT nameservers, it's still the old one. It's gradually filtering through

Essentially, your domain names mapping to the right IP address are being controlled by zen, not bitfolk.

You must login to your zen control panel, and change all the old IP address mappings to the new IP.
