If all of this happened around 23:45 then it will be due to the
short denial of service attack that was directed at us last night.

The hosts were spending all their CPU on the attack traffic and
virtually none on running VPSes, so many people's kernels will have
complained of blocked tasks.

It isn't a harmful situation as such, it's just notifying you of
tasks blocked inside the kernel. If it's from around the time
mentioned above then that explains that.

If it's from another time then it may suggest some sort of kernel
bug or extremely high load on your VPS.
