I feel this is key. 

I feel fosstodon aligns well. 

But why not have the bitfolk account as a single user account? Similar to your personal account. 

Alternatively, there is managed services which is the recommended way if you just need to add your domain to it. I believe it costs the same or less than the Twitter blue badge.
