So, will it happen or things are magically okay again?

I'm going for the "move individual customers to new server" plan.
It's going to be a lot of work, and (even worse) will delay putting
the new server into production for new customers, but it'll mean the
shortest downtime for each of you individually.  It's also far
safer in terms of risk of data loss, and will eventually leave me
with an empty faustino that I can practice the other option
(reinstall) on.

So, about 24 hours from now I'll start moving you one by one.  This
will entail a shut down, copy of data and configuration, then start
up again on a different server.  Time taken will depend on how many
files you have (and to some extent how big they are).  It could be
as short as 15 minutes but in some cases may be closer to an hour.
I will open a ticket for you just before I do the work and after I
finish it.

Because of the number of customers that are to be moved, it will not
be possible to guess exactly when the work will be done.  I need to
do it as quickly as reasonably possible which means starting each
move when I can.  However, if there are any particular times of day
that are bad (or good) for this to be done then by all means drop an
email to support@bitfolk.com and I will do my best to accommodate
your wishes.

Cheers,
Andy
