Well diagnosed. That's pretty much exactly correct, except it was me
who made that error (customers can't just configure each other's IP
addresses).

85.119.82.116 was mistakenly routed to one of BitFolk's
infrastructure VMs a long time ago, and the route was still left
active, stealing some of your return packets.

I've fixed it now, and you should now see this issue has gone away.
