Yes I just did a ping6 youtube.com and it worked. Perhaps one day .gov.uk might provide some sort of lead... (from behind of course)

True, but by byte it's getting better, as many of the large CDNs,
YouTube etc. do.

Some universities are reporting ~30% traffic by byte as going over
v6.
